After fixing ghostDAO UIs for previously voted but failed Bond 9, Bond 10, and Bond 11 (all LP Bonds).
I would like to submit a proposal.
Function 1
create WETH Bond on ghostDAO (Sepolia) - Bond 11.
Market Price is 0.1687 WETH (~ $345.00 DAI).
The main objective is to grow the Treasury, which will result in dropping the MCap-to-RFV ratio from 3.8571 down to 2.
The Bond will start its offering at par to the market price. But the discount will keep increasing based on the programmatic Dutch Auction rules.

Initial Bond Price = 168706428/10^9 x 1 eGHST (~ $345.00 DAI)
Capacity = 596 WETH (~1,278,494 DAI) into Treasury
Target Deposit Interval = 1 Hour
Tune = 1 Hour
Market Duration = Until 11:59:59PM EST on Tue, Mar 10.
Goals: grow Treasury and RFV per 1 eCSPR.

auditReserves function to update ghostDAO Treasury reserves.
